Where do you ship from?
We ship from warehouses located in the United States. Processing time is 1–3 business days, and standard delivery is typically 4–8 business days within the U.S. -
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders under 49 USD have a flat shipping rate of 6.99 USD, and orders of 49 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for the most up-to-date details. -
Do you offer returns?
Yes. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at sales@kasseltrade.com and we’ll send you detailed instructions. -

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you didn’t receive one, contact us with your order number. -
My item arrived damaged/defective. What should I do?
Please email sales@kasseltrade.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference. -

Do you offer exchanges?
